Please be assured that, in keeping with our Privacy Policy, your identity will remain anonymous, and the information you have provided will be used only to verify your report, which assists with our marketing and future promotions.

Once the information you’ve supplied has been verified, someone from Portavogie Studio will personally contact you by email within three months of today’s date.

If you do not hear from us within that timeframe, please revisit our website at https://www.portavogiestudio.com

and submit another report, clearly stating that it is a follow-up to your original submission.

When the information you’ve provided has been authenticated, you will be notified by email and entered into our annual draw for a US $100 Amazon or PayPal voucher, or the equivalent in your country of residence. At that stage, you will also have the option to decline publicity should you be selected as a winner.

Please keep this confirmation for your records — you may wish to print it, take a photo, or capture a screenshot. You may need it to verify your identity if you win a prize.

Beginning December 2026, all draws will take place on the 1st of December each year, conducted by a verified PRS employee in the UK. Winners will be informed directly by email and — unless you have chosen no publicity — the results will also be published on our website.
