Using Our Lyrics
The lyrics for all songs published through Portavogie Studio are made publicly available for anyone to listen to and enjoy. There is no charge for this usage
— all royalty payments are managed on our behalf by PRS (Performing Right Society). Although every effort has been made to create melodies and tempos that complement each piece, we understand that your artistic interpretation may differ.
As a simple courtesy, should you be granted permission to use our lyrics — either in part or in full — we kindly request that you send us a recorded copy of your final version, along with a printed copy of any amended wording.
Before You Begin
Please complete the short questionnaire below before performing or adapting any lyrics from Portavogie Studio. By submitting the form, you agree not to use or alter any lyrics in a way that could cause offence, harm, or distress to others. Once your request is received, should it be approved, we will outline any applicable fees and or pre-conditions in our formal Permission to Perform document, which will authorise the use of the lyrics in whole or in part.

Important Notes
- No fees are charged for a performance permission certificate.
- However, depending on your request, a token fee may be charged before or shortly after you make your first performance. This will be outlined in your permission to perform document after your request is reviewed.
